Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
Truesignal (trytruesignal.com) is operated by Event Horizon Agency LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Truesignal, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, password or Google sign-in, and the settings you choose (targets, alert preferences, team members).
- Meta data, once you connect with Facebook Login for Business: the ad accounts, Pages, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives and performance numbers (spend, clicks, purchases and similar) that you give us access to.
- Shopify data, once you install our app: your products and orders (order totals, items, discounts, dates and the tracking information attached to an order). We use order data to match sales to ads. We do not use your customers' personal details for anything else.
- Content you create or upload: product photos, generated ads, prompts and notes.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We see your plan and payment status, never your full card number.
- Usage and device data: pages you visit in the app, errors, browser type and IP address, used to keep the service working and secure. If you turn on phone alerts we store a push notification token for your device.
How we use it
- To show your real cost per sale and profit, and to recommend which ads to pause or scale.
- To take the actions you approve or turn on (for example pausing an ad, changing a budget, or launching new ads in your own ad account).
- To generate ad images and copy for you.
- To send the alerts, summaries and account emails you ask for.
- To run, secure, support and improve Truesignal, and to bill you.
Data from Meta and Shopify is only used to provide Truesignal to the account it came from. We do not sell it, rent it, use it to build advertising profiles, or share it with other customers.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run Truesignal, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Hosting, database and storage (for example Vercel and Neon)
- Payments (Stripe)
- Email delivery
- AI providers that analyze ads and generate images and text (for example Anthropic and Google). They process your content to return a result to us and do not use it to train their models under our agreements with them.
- Public ad research tools, used only when you ask us to pull a competitor's public ads
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy still applies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect Meta or Shopify, we stop collecting from it. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons (such as invoices).
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from Settings, or follow the steps on our data deletion page. You can also email support@trytruesignal.com.
Security
Connections to Meta and Shopify use their official login and permission systems; we never see your Facebook or Shopify password. Access tokens are encrypted, data is sent over HTTPS, and access inside our company is limited to people who need it to support you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. Email support@trytruesignal.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Truesignal is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect.
